Wannawell offers two types of challenges: minor and major.
Minor challenges consist of a single task, while major challenges are on specific themes and may include many tasks depending on your needs. The aim of the challenges is to make you recognise your current routine, understand what a healthy routine may look like and provide you with the support and tasks needed to acquire new healthy habits. You will be choosing how many days you would like to commit to a challenge. Committing to a challenge for longer periods will help you turn these tasks to long-term habits.

Minor Challenges usually consist of one main task and have very direct and simple directives. In contrast to other methods of habit building, these challenges require minimal time to be spent on new behaviour. Minor challenges are designed so that you can begin changing your life by simple and easy steps.
Put simply, minor challenges provide the easiest path towards introducing a healthy habit to one’s life.

The wannawell app embraces a holistic approach to wellness. We aimed to provide you with a single platform for all your wellness needs. This app deals with different aspects of wellness, including fasting, mental health, mindfulness, nutrition, physical health, and sleeping. Bringing all of these and more aspects of wellness together, the app offers a space of connection, habit building and information. Not only you can access information about wellness, you can also challenge yourself to acquire healthy habits, track your progress, and access interesting articles and delicious recipes.

Our challenges help you build healthy habits and step into a wellness lifestyle, or keep track of your current healthy habits! If you’ve been wanting to live healthier and better but also been delaying or procrastinating for some reason, or if you simply didn’t know where to start, challenging yourself with wannawell might be just what you need.

First you have to download wannawell, and explore the app. Once you choose a challenge that suits your goals, join that challenge. Pick your tasks within the challenge and tick them off as you complete them. You will finish your challenge once you complete your tasks within the time frame you have set when joining the challenge!

We accept all credit and debit cards, as well as any other payment method you have associated with your App Store/Google Play Store account. We’ll direct you after you set up your account!

Yes, you can download and use wannawell for free, however, to access all challenges and articles you have to create and account and subscribe. There are two subscription options: monthly and yearly. If you choose the weekly subscription, then there will be a free trial week provided for your account. If you choose the yearly subscription the free trial period is 2 weeks.
